Snacks don’t have to be complicated. Even if you are out all day, there are simple and healthy ways to bring snacks along with you. Wash some celery sticks and an apple. If you can, cut them up but cutting them up is not necessary.
Smoothies are one of the easiest and fastest ways to get a healthy dose of vitamins in. Smoothies can be made with any type of milk (my favorite is almond milk), juice, or even just plain water. I love adding fresh and frozen fruits like berries, bananas, peaches, and pineapple.
