Cabbage is an easy vegetable to use for meal prep because it is so versatile. It can be eaten cooked, raw, or fermented. Brown rice is one of my favorite foods to add to a meal because it is so easy to cook. You can leave it on the stove to cook while you prepare other things for the meal - like vegetables! There are a few different varieties of brown rice that can be used: Short grain, long grain, Basmati, and then there is also wild rice. I prefer using brown rice over white rice when meal planning because the brown rice has not been stripped of its nutrients. Brown rice is one way to add some B vitamins into your diet!
